We produce our NATURAL GREEN HOJIBLANCA GREEN OLIVE OIL using a controlled natural fermentation process and without the use of caustic soda so as not to waste the wonderful organoleptic properties of our olives.With this principle as a base, we have presented our ecological line, using only natural ingredients such as salt, lactic acid and of course water.
