With 4,5 million kg of olive processed annually, we have the perfect olive for your application. Our olives are cured though the traditional “Sevillian Style”, the same day as harvested, maintaining a controlled temperature during all the stages of the fermentation process.

Collected in the ripening cycle prior to the “envero”. It is a product ready for consumption and good conservation. It can be used as an appetizer, in salads, as a side dish, in alcoholic beverages or you can use elaborate Mediterranean pasta and meat sauces.

Their taste is characteristic and intense, while salt level is regulated during the production and packaging process in order to ensure the right combination of taste and product safety.

We distribute our products only in bulk formats but mainly in 240 kg drums and we can ship internationally

Whole green hojiblanca olive submerged in brine, in which they undergo a totally natural lactic fermentation (Sevillian Style).

In this preparation, olive retains its original shape and maintains its pit.

Olive sizes available: from 100-120 to 400-420.

Pitted green hojiblanca olive submerged in brine, in which they undergo a totally natural lactic fermentation (Sevillian Style).

In this preparation the pit is extracted using awls, but maintaining its original shape.

Olive sizes available: from 140-160 to 400-420.

Stuffed green hojiblanca olives

Stuffed green hojiblanca olive (with pimiento) submerged in brine, in which they undergo a totally natural lactic fermentation (Sevillian Style).

For better food safety we choose pimiento paste filling, since it is not necessary to pasteurize the final product, but we are always open to studying new suggestions of our customers (cheese, almond, lemon…)

Olive sizes available: from 140-160 to 400-420.
